Korean Toy Industry Cooperative becomes "Friend of ATPA"

ATPA is proud to welcome the Korea Toy Industry Coopeartive as a new ‘Friend of ATPA’.  

About KTIC:

The Korea Toy Industry Cooperative (KTIC) was incorporated in 9th March, 1967, based on the small and Medium Enterprise Law, as the national industrial and nonprofit organization of toy manufactures and traders in the Republic of Korea. Its membership includes all the major companies and traders of the toy industry in Korea.
Through various committees and department the Cooperative executes policies and measures directed by its Board if Directors and the also endorsed by the national policies for the promotion and development of the toy industry in Korea. The Cooperative stimulates the public awareness of the vital role that the toy industry plays on the welfare of the national economy and thus, leads the national policies into effective support of the industry. Major Specific Functions of KTIC are:

– to provide meeting and discuss for its members with government as other industrial representatives to promote effective of the toy industry.

– to provide effective liaison between the industry and other entitles including government legislature regulatory agencies and allies industrial organization.

– to represent the Korea industry at the domestic as international trade negotiations, promotions.

– to undertake market research and disseminate its results to members and government agencies.

– to use of toy marks to prove the safety of toy products (KC Mark acquired products and PL insurance products).

– to organize and dispatch teams of its members to various foreign exhibitors and shows for the promotion trade.

– to compile and tabulate various data of its member companies (presently, KTIC is the organization for toy officially designated by the government).

– to publish the Toy Magazine by monthly.
