May 20, 2017: Ninety-five percent of Vietnam-made toys exported

Though unable to compete on the local market, ninety-five percent of Vietnam-made toys are being exported to the world’s pickiest markets such as the United States, Japan, the Netherlands, Germany, etc, at very high annual growth rates. According to official customs figures, Vietnam’s export of toys and sports equipment reached USD235.7 million in Q1/2017, an 18.8 percent surge from the same period in 2016.
